Basic use

This machine belongs to round bottle labeling machine, which is suitable for round bottle labeling in pharmaceutical, food and daily chemical industries, etc. It can label full circumference labeling and semi-circular circumference labeling.

It can be equipped with automatic turntable bottle manager, which can be directly connected to the front-end production line and automatically feed bottles into the labeling machine to increase efficiency.

Optional configuration of ribbon coding and labeling machine can print production date and batch number online, reducing bottle packaging process and improving production efficiency.

Working Principle

＊Core working principle: After the product is separated by the bottle divider, the sensor detects the product passing by and sends back the signal to the labeling control system, which controls the motor at the appropriate position to send out the label and attach it to the product to be labeled.

＊Operating process: product placement (can be connected to the assembly line)->product conveying (automatically realized by the equipment)->product separation distance->product detection->labeling->labeling->collection of labeled Product.
